Our Media Story
The story is not about us, the story is about the statistics that need to change.
- Women own 39% of privately held firms as of 2017 but they only generate 12.2% of the revenue for those firms.
- Women business owners earn 79% less than their male counterparts per year because they approach business differently.
The US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Center for Women in Business has stated that the only way to change this is to provide support services and programs specifically geared towards women. We have done the research and we are confident we know what factors are creating the gap that currently exists and we have developed a program to address those issues.
If you are looking for a driver that will grow our economy and create more jobs, we believe women are the key.
90% of women business owners are soloprenuers. If only 25% of these women added one employee, 2.2 million jobs would be created.
The women business owners participating in our program have increased the number of people they employ by 35%. Help us tell this story so we can start changing the statistics, and changing the economy.
